Its also one of the least walkable suburbs in Melbourne. Asking prices for homes in this area are above $1.2 million a piece, with property prices dramatically spiking to over $2.3 million in March last year, according to SQM Research. What it lacks the most is proximity to education, topographic variation, and its ranking suffers from being a long distance from the coast. Open space and walkability however are poor in the area, and the suburb doesnt score well for culture and retail.
